First Pass Paid helps practices get claims paid on the first submission. Most of the work in billing happens after a claim comes back, and most of that work is avoidable.

We are building a layer that sits beside your billing team. It checks claims before they go out, keeps a worklist of every claim that came back, drafts fixes for a person to approve, and shows where insurance money stands.

Why behavioral health first

Behavioral health practices often run with small billing teams and many short, recurring visits. A small error can repeat across hundreds of claims. The same problems show up in other specialties, and we want to hear from them too.

What we will not do

• Ask for patient information on this site.
• Send anything to a payer without a person approving it.
• Claim partners or integrations we have not signed.
